LESSON 133: HEADING POINT

Tutorial for string stitch:

It is used in striking and solid lines, with string effect.

Many times used as profiles of drawings that they want to enhance. In borders and even in crib sheets.

El hilo debe ser firme y liso. El cordel se puede teñir del hilo de realce, escondiendo los huecos en los puntos. Para un efecto más rico, usa tres o cinco.

Trabaja de izquierda a derecha, o de arriba a abajo.

1- Saca el hilo extendido al final de la línea.

2- Saca el hilo de sujeción en 1. Mantén el hilo tendido en su sitio con el pulgar izquierdo e inserta la aguja en 2, inclinando la aguja bajo el hilo tendido.

3- Repite, trabajando puntos de realce muy cerca para que el hilo extendido quede escondido, sacando únicamente un poco de tejido para formar un efecto de cuerda

4- Asegura ambos hilos por debajo de la tela.
